We have signed up with Misha right after the incorporation of AURUM as F&B consultant. In one meeting only we got impressed with her thought process, skills and positive approach and immediately signed her up. Since the beginning she has been instrumental in setting up the entire outlet and processes, right from kitchen to FOH to ancillary departments, ensuring signing up with right vendors at right cost. She had taken complete responsibility of employee recruitment and their training on defined SOPs. She has been extremely helpful in setting up the entire food and bar menu with costing.
